What’s the truth about social mastery?
The stereotype is that of a smooth-talking James Bond character who always says the right thing.
However, real life is more complex than that.
Every interaction is an exchange between 2+ psychologies.
(Depending on how many people are present).
You aren’t only dealing with your world…
You’re also interacting with another person’s:
- Biases
- Insecurities
- Potential disorders, etc.
In this corner of the internet, we like to take “extreme ownership” for things.
However, what the “gurus” won’t tell you is the outcome of every interaction does NOT depend on you.
That’s right.
Everyone isn’t for everyone.
You Can Influence Others
With A Strong Pre-Frame:
- In shape
- Nice clothes
- Looksmaxxed
- Not rolling with weesh dudes
But you can’t control their:
- Moods
- Life situation
- Etc.
The good news is, your interactions don’t have to be perfect.
Immaturity = expecting people to laugh at your every word.
You can do everything “right” and still have an awkward exchange if the other person doesn’t vibe with you.
Social Mastery = Feeling At Ease In New Circumstances.
When you’re at peace with this, it’s easy to talk to anyone.
Embrace the presence of the moment.
(Like stepping into a cold shower).
You’re accepting the imperfection of the world and interacting for the sake of your own amusement.
This is true outcome independence.
Forget spam approaching girls with cheesy pick-up lines…
Create your own fun and see who vibes with it.
