“Mindset training” is a very hot topic nowadays.
Why then, do so few people attain what they want?
You see, mindset creates mental blueprints.
(And emotions are their coloring agent).
The reality you experience rests on the frequency of your emotional baseline.
If you “understand” abundance yet are scared to let your resources circulate, are you really abundant?
It’s not enough to think like your ideal self would…
You must also feel like he does.
(Which brings about new action).
You may have heard the quote:
“Life expands in proportion to your courage”
and it’s true.
Courage = Ability To Withstand The Pressure Of Emotional Traps.
- Fear
- Scarcity
- Approval
- Validation
ETC.
In other words, emotions set the baseline for our behavioral patterns.
If you’re holding on to toxic emotions / desires, you’re locking yourself into a pattern which keeps you away from your best self.
(And no amount of reading or “mindset training” can fix this).
How Can You Train Your Emotional (Subconscious) Circuit?
By imprinting congruent actions over and over and over again.
(Repetition).
In other words, you’re stacking energy via awareness.
