Today I want to talk to you about how people are magnets.

You see, everyone has their different:

• Mindset
• Emotional state
• How they carry themselves
• What they’re saturated with

and this baseline attracts:

• Situations
• People
• And outcomes

When I was growing up, there was a guy who would constantly be attracting cops.

No matter where he went, cops would show up.

That’s because he was a cop magnet.

• Other people would constantly attract the bad bitches.
• Others would constantly attract money.
• Others would constantly attract good luck.

That’s because they’re all magnets for those types of things.

And the types of magnets you keep around has a pretty big impact on your outcome.

If you yourself are a good magnet, but you keep bad magnets around what do you think is going to happen?

You’re gonna end up in situations that could have been avoided.

Situations that you don’t deserve.

I mean you do deserve it because you chose to keep those magnets around, but you have so much more potential than that.

So look at what you’ve been attracting and how you’ve been carrying yourself and then you might be able to change what kind of magnet you are.

On the other side, some people who aren’t that good of a magnet (but keep good magnets around), they win automatically.

(Just because of what the things they keep around attract to them).

It’s a cheat code.

You see guys who are not very talented, who don’t really have that good of a mindset, they just win by default because of the magnets they have around them.

And that could be you too.

But the best way to attract those kinds of magnets, is to become one yourself, because good magnets usually don’t want bad magnets around them.

So do the work to polish your own self as a magnet, and then you’ll start attracting better magnets.

This is the real work.

This is what life is really about.

Polishing yourself as a magnet.

And then it becomes too easy.

Everything falls in your lap:

Why is this number one?

It’s because everything depends on your energy.

It isn’t about time management, it’s about energy management.

You do that with:

• Diet
• Sleep
• Exercise
• And surrounding yourself with good influences

This keeps your vibes high and makes it easier to focus and get stuff done.

If you don’t do this and you neglect it, you’re going to be spinning your wheels forever.

2. Mindset Is Everything

Your mindset is the context / frame / paradigm you exist in.

All your decisions and behavior are revealed to you by how you see the world.

If you don’t see the world in an optimal way, a lot of those options will be blind to you.

(They’ll be hidden).

And then you’ll keep doing dumb shit and you’ll never really achieve anything.

3. Learn Copywriting And/Or Sales

What is copywriting?

Copywriting is sales in print.

Every time you see:

• A message
• TV commercial
• Or even a Youtube headline

It’s copywriting.

It’s the art of getting attention and converting it into results.

This is one of the highest value skills you can learn.

(And it will completely change your life).

4. They’re Obsessed With Information And Learning

Learners are earners.

People get better results because they have access to better information.

You don’t get rewarded for knowing there’s a storm coming, you get rewarded for building arcs.

And how do you know when it’s time to do that?

You have access to better information.

Information is a hedge against chaos.

If you’re constantly consuming mainstream information, you’re pretty much consuming fast food.

(A fast food diet of information).

And it makes you mentally obese.

5. Get 10k Internet Cash Flow ASAP

Why online cash flow?

It gives you:

• Time
• Location
• Financial freedom

Usually these kinds of opportunities were not available until recently.

What other kinds of cash flow give you this kind of freedom?

Not many…

And it’s scalable too so you don’t have to stop there.

6. Detach Money From Time

A trap a lot of people get into is that they end up working IN their business instead of ON their business.

They’re pretty much glorified employees.

(Only they have a lot more responsibility).

And they’re never really getting the freedom that they’re seeking.

When you detach money from time, you get paid in your sleep, and you get you can scale it based on performance.

When you get paid by the hour, you’re limited by your time.

You only have so much time, but you have unlimited scale.

And you achieve scale by:

• Outsourcing
• Using automation
• Using software and all types of stuff

7. Live Below Your Means

The first thing a lot of people do when they get a higher income is they start spending it all.

Living below your means doesn’t mean to penny pinch or save five dollars on Starbucks every day…

It means to live a good life but have some extra left over.

If you’re constantly underwater, you’re not really getting any kind of leverage whatsoever.

And leverage is one of the key ingredients in getting wealth.

Hustle does not make you wealthy, leverage does.

And a big way to attain this leverage is to detach your money from time.

8. Pay Everything In Cash

This is another way to make sure you don’t live beyond your means.

The only debt that’s sensible is if you’re using it to buy assets that pay you cash flow greater than the debt.

Consumer debt is slavery.

Consumer debt is a trap.

This is what poor people do.

They live beyond their means to try looking rich, and that’s how they end up never becoming rich.

9. If You Can’t Buy It 5x, You Can’t Afford It

This is another way to keep you from living beyond your means.

You don’t want to instantly start buying shit and loading up on recurring costs if it’s not getting you that leverage.

You need to get that leverage, at any cost.

10. Invest The Rest

Now that you have breathing room, you can do what you want with the rest to keep growing it.

Investing is for people who already have money…

Not for people who are trying to turn one cent into two.

You want to run your cash flow up first and then start investing, because that’s how you really make a difference.

If your focus isn’t on growing cash flow, you’re basically just playing on defense.

You want to play both offense and defense.

And a lot of people neglect this, which is why they never become wealthy.

Conclusion

I’ve noticed these 10 things among rich people I’ve known in real life and through watching interviews and everything.

These are the main principles that keep repeating.

So if you ignore them, you’re doing yourself a great disservice.

Today I want to talk about how all money is not equal.

Is 100k wagie income = to 100k online cash flow?

No.

That’s because the online cash flow comes with ownership.

The ownership multiple is at minimum 4x what a wagie income is.

Which means you can sell your system for 4x your cash flow.

If you make 100k, your system is worth at least 400k.

You can’t sell your job, but you can sell your biz at any time.

That’s why I keep talking about ownership and equity.

It’s a completely different game and playing field than if you’re giving all your time to someone else.

When you exchange time for money, you get paid once and that’s it.

If you’re building your own thing, all those assets are owned by you.

(Until you sell them).

And that compounds on itself.

Not to mention, the time it frees up.

If you’re making even a couple thousand a month passively, that opens up your time by a lot.

• You don’t have to commute
• You don’t have to spend on gas
• You don’t have to spend on the office lifestyle

You save all that time and money.

And you can use that time to make even more money.

To learn more stuff.

To learn more skills.

And it compounds on itself.

One thing that a lot of people forget is that wealth is not just money…

It’s also time.

So if you’re making that kind of money at a young age, it’s completely different than if you’re making it in your 60’s.

You want to maximize the quality of your time as early as you can.

The quality of your time is determined by:

• Time
• Location
• Financial freedom

aka online cash flow that you don’t really have to do much to maintain.

Even if you have one extra stream of just a couple thousand a month, that already opens up your time and gives you a shitload more independence than if you’re fully dependent on a job.

(And you can sell it at any time for a multiple).

You can flip that and come up to get money that you can spend on everything that you couldn’t get with your wagie money.

And this is one of the most important lessons you can ever learn.

And then they start slipping.

Next thing you know, you’re washed.

The way that the energy of the universe operates is that it demands certain things from you every day.

• If you don’t work out, you lose your fitness.
• If you don’t keep your relationships warm, they won’t be as accessible.
  (And some of them will fall off entirely).
• If you don’t keep your cash flows healthy, they stagnate like pond water.
  (You know how pond water gets when it sits still, it gets all nasty and green).

There’s a reason why life is flow.

You Have To Put In Your Reps Daily To Keep That Flow Going.

And if you think you’re exempt from this, it applies to you especially.

There’s a reason why so few people truly have it all.

They’re able to maintain success in one area, thinking they don’t have to put in the reps for any of their other success.

How many “successful” people:

• Are overweight
• With some nagging wife who doesn’t respect them
• Some kids that hate them
• And friends who are just hangers on?

A lot.

And are you really successful if you live like that?

I say no.

Success Is Multi-Dimensional.

And the way to maintain it is to flex your lifestyle muscle.

Yes, lifestyle by itself is a muscle.

(And it requires you to put in your reps).

If you understand this law of the universe, you will create a level of success that is untouchable to most people.

(Because they’re ignorant of it).

They think they can just coast on what they’ve attained once.

They have so much abundance that they can just take it easy.

Take their foot off the gas.

And while this is true for a bit, you only have so much time that this strategy will work.

Eventually, you’ll be swallowed up by it.

And if you take note of this now, before you attain all your success, you’ll be more equipped to keep it.

Yes, keeping success (and growing it) is by itself its own skill.

How Did Red Bull Get Started?

Red Bull was an existing energy drink in Thailand.

It was just a local thing until an Austrian businessman was in the country on business.

He casually sampled some of it and realized this would work elsewhere.

So what he did was:

• He brought the company to Austria.
• He tested it in the Austrian market.
• And it was a smash hit.

From there they expanded worldwide.

(And the rest is history).

What’s The Core Of This?

Every business revolves around arbitrage.

What is arbitrage?

It’s where you take the value from one environment and put it somewhere new.

You change the context.

You find something that’s already selling well and then you introduce it to a new market.

Other examples of this include:

1. Vitamin Water: where 50 cent had his own brand.
2. Limos.com founded by MJ Demarco who had been working at a limo company. He had a directory of limo knowledge and uploaded it on a website before anyone else did.
3. Also the information I’m sharing with you right now is a form of arbitrage.

Even if you’re working a 9-5 wagie job, you’re arbitraging your skills into that environment.

The only difference is, you don’t own the company.

So if you arbitrage while owning the system, that’s the formula for making a lot of fucking racks.

There’s a reason why there’s a quote that says:

Don’t reinvent the wheel, just paint it chrome.

The concept is already proven, and it’s already a best seller, so all you need to do is change the angle.

A lot of people think entrepreneurship and business is that you have to create some revolutionary new unicorn idea, but this isn’t true at all.

All Creation Revolves Around Existing Ideas.

(You’re just changing the application, or combining them in different ways).

You don’t need to make stuff complicated.

You don’t need some grand idea that’s completely unproven.

People are even taking out $100,000’s+ of debt to chase these kind of dreams, when it’s so much easier to just do it yourself.

You see all these dropshipper guys, where they:

• Take some Aliexpress product
• Give it a bit of branding
• Sell it on their own website
• And sell it around the world

People don’t know that the product is sourced from a wholesaler.

It’s the branding that makes all the difference.

The branding is “painting the wheel chrome”.

One person.

Because they know what moves the needle.

You want to get the base form right before you scale it instead of drowning in bloat.

That’s why you see all these idiots flexing revenue all day.

Revenue doesn’t mean shit if you’re not profiting.

Profit Is The Goal.

It’s a lot easier to DM a model if you have:

4. Other attractive models and interesting people already existing on your page

It makes them a lot more likely to answer your DM.

You can use stuff like this even as a dating app.

It’s Designed To Improve Different Aspects Of Life – Depending On How You Build It

If your business isn’t aligned with the life you want, it may be worth rethinking your structure or goals.

Today I want to tell you how to master the game of human nature.

I’m here at Stanford university, which as you know, is where one of the most infamous psychological experiments / studies ever took place.

And that study is the Stanford prison experiment.

But more on that later.

First I want to talk about the game itself.

You’re not playing the game, you’re playing the players.

The real game is the meta game inside everyone’s head.

You see, the players have biases and incentives, which are the underlying code their behavior runs on.

There’s also something called the life force 8.

Which is the eight base human desires.

Such as:

• Being free from pain
• Status
• And stuff like that

I have the entire list on my website you can check it out.

So to get an edge, I recommend reading one psych study a day so you can learn what these biases are.

There’s A Lot Of People Playing The Game Blind.

They run into the biases without really knowing what they are.

And then that behavior pretty much fucks them over and they have no idea why it keeps happening.

So when I posted about that on Twitter a whole bunch of old washed up losers were trying to troll me and laugh at it and clown it.

But look at who’s clowning it…

(A bunch of people who don’t have shit going on).

And that’s why it struck a nerve.

Because they’re like:

Oh yeah this is some nerd shit.

This is some geek shit.

Who gives a fuck about psychology.

It’s not as if it runs pretty much the entire world.

All these invisible forces and walls and passageways that so many people don’t see.

So what does the prison experiment have to do with this?

The experiment took place in the basement of this building right here.

Where a simulated environment changed the behavior of people.

The people taking place in the study were split into guards and prisoners.

Then they stepped into those roles.

The behavior started getting really abusive and it was so controversial that the study had to be shut down.

But the findings of the study are still with us.

So when you know how things like that change behavior you can pretty much predict how people will act both in groups and as individuals.

What does this have to do with:

• Money
• Swooping
• Or anything else you want?

All that stuff, all those rewards, are an effect of leveraging this behavior.

You want to align those forces and biases and incentives with the outcome you want.

That’s how you get everything you want.

Knowing how to play the players and keeping all those drives shifted towards making your vision real.
