What do you do when you have a problem you can’t solve to your satisfaction?

A: you go to a company that has obsessed over it more than you have and pay them to help you.

This concept is so obvious and invisible that a lot of people take it for granted.

They think businesses are greedy and out to screw you.

And this attitude is exactly what’s keeping them broke.
