You see, most people think gRiNdiNg is the key to wealth building, but this only works to a certain extent…

(And your boss loves it).

Normie financial advisors tell you to:

1. Stay out of all debt (aLL dEbt iS bAd DeBt)
2. Have a savings account
3. Save 15% of income for retirement
4. Pay off your home early

While these things will save you from total ruin, they are keys to being middle class…

(Won’t make you wealthy).

The Real Key To Wealth Building Is:

1. Leverage
2. Position
3. And Ownership.

Read it again.

And again.

And again.

Burn it into your brain.

Write it out by hand 100x.

Notice how it has nothing to do with the normie “advice” at all?

Someone who owns a 100 unit apartment complex has positioned himself to get more leverage for his time.

(Especially if he has hired a property manager).

All his time is free and his money flows in with zero grinding involved.

For all we know, he could be running around in the streets smoking crack 24/7 and STILL be making more than the hardest worker.

That’s how powerful these principles are.

And this is only one example.

They are essentially “real estate” in the digital world.

And you don’t have to wake up at 5am daily or take cold showers to make them work.

In fact, you can sleep in and wake up to more money than most people make all day without even doing anything.

The other “hustles” with all his might to bang his head against a glass window.

For hours on end.

Eventually, the homeowners come back from work.

“Hm… what’s this fly doing here?”

SPLAT.

A brutal ending that could have easily been avoided with the right awareness.

Yet we see this play out every single day in the real world.
