Exploring The Richest City In America

Today I’m exploring the richest city in America.

It’s Atherton, California.

The average household income here is $525,000 per year.

Which means, if you make $500,000 a year, you’re considered below average.

And what does that do to your mind?

When you put yourself around stuff like this?

You think differently.

You think:

Damn… I need to step it up.

These are regular people doing stuff like this.

Instead of arguing with your IPA buddies about splitting a five dollar venmo charge over some slice of pizza or some shit…

You think:

How can I get on that level of income?

And most of the time, it’s not through a time for money exchange wagie job.

Through owning a system.

A system of assets.

That’s the main principle I stand by.

Can be just as valuable (if not more) than physical real estate.

Because it’s all a property.

It’s all a form of space.

If that space has value, and you know how to monetize that value, it will constantly be paying you.

And digital assets can even be created for free.

You don’t have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions to get a piece of valuable space.

Just stake your territory.
