First, identify the cause behind a niche.
HINT: It’s a subconscious desire.

- Vanity
- Validation
- Insecurity, etc
Once you identify it, you can craft a nice offer within the context of that flow.

- Find a river of traffic where this desire flows
- Place a sales funnel in this river (like a net)
They see where desire and attention is flowing, then they set up shop on the path.
(Establish superior positioning).
Desire flows eternally…
And a business exists as a point between inputs and outputs.
When the pressure reaches a tipping point, a sale is made.
The Throttle Between The 2 Pressures Is An Offer
A niche = a group of people with overlapping base emotion.
And base emotions result in similar behavior patterns + values.
This is the existing river you want to build your system on.
If you neglect this, your system won’t amount to anything.
The desire has to be there first before you can sell anything.
Always start with the niche (desire) first, then build your system on top of it.
