What are binaural beats and how can they benefit you?
Binaural beats are an auditory illusion caused by listening to 2 different tones.
(1 in each ear).
This creates a new “space” which syncs brain activity.
- Some listen to them while going to sleep
- Some listen to them while doing deep work
- And others listen to them while hitting the gym
The main idea is to use them as a tool in the way that’s best for you.
If you’re having trouble getting into a flow state, binaural beats are an outstanding way to get the ball rolling.
How are they so effective?
The “new space” created by their hum grabs the attention of your subconscious.
This removes mental chatter as well as intruding thoughts.
