Living In Reality: How To Find The Truth

In a world where everyone claims to know everything, how can you find the truth?

Truth is order out of chaos.

Every day you’re assaulted with:

  1. information overload
  2. lies
  3. and disinfo

all competing for your reality.

Many of which seem comfortable and appealing on the surface, yet cause lots of pain when lived out.

So how can you find out how reality actually works?

The Truth Is Found Where Delusions Can’t Survive.

In other words, it’s on the side of people who get results where others fold.

Everything else is cope.

Why?

These people know how to craft reality with INTENTION.

They have attained the things that require skill + knowledge + awareness to obtain. Things that are universally valuable + desirable and create the highest quality of life possible.

You see, there are many ways to fail but only few principles to win.

If you can’t get results, you don’t understand the topic.

(Which means you’re living in a fake reality).

Being capable = understanding the truth.

When you were younger and played video games, what stats did you give your character?

Exactly.

The ones that made him most capable and valuable.

Yet somewhere along the way, people get lost and start rationalizing things to themselves.

They think those results are impossible so they act as if they don’t matter.

Why then, do they get so triggered when they come across those who attained them?

Because it destroys their excuses.

It shows them what they could have if they endured a bit of discomfort.

In This moment, There Are 2 Choices:

  1. Step onto the path of reality
  2. Double down and protect your ego

Guess what most choose?

#2.

Why?

It’s the easy way out.

(In the short term).

He’s just successful because he’s a douchebag!

Being fat is no different than being fit!

Money doesn’t make you happy!

etc

However, this comes with a trade off.

If you only stay where it’s comfortable, you rack up delusional / luxury beliefs that don’t hold up when it matters.

The easy path becomes hard.

The hard path becomes easy.

And here’s more.

How To Find The Truth: Hierarchy of Entropy

You see, energy (life) organizes itself as a hierarchy of entropy.

What is entropy?

A: it’s a state of disorder, randomness, or uncertainty.

AKA constant change.

The bottom of the hierarchy gets dominated by entropy.

The top dominates entropy.

It has the quality of will to rise above.

What Makes The Difference?

Aligning yourself with natural forces (truth).

This is the fabric of the universe.

It’s the code everything runs on.

Even though everyone has their own preferences of what to do with the truth, the structure will always be there.

The higher you rise, the more table stakes are required and the less room there is for error.

This is why illusions can’t survive there.

(They break apart at that altitude).

The truth always survives, which is why all the simplified answers are found at the edge of experience.

Conclusion

  1. Truth is found where delusions can’t survive
  2. Most people deny this to protect their ego
  3. Life organizes itself as a hierarchy of entropy
  4. The top of the pyramid has the quality of will to overcome
  5. The higher you rise, the more table stakes are required and the less room there is for error
  6. Illusions break apart at higher altitudes
  7. The truth always survives
